- 1.5-2lb Ground Beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 28oz can of tomato sauce
- 3.5lbs chopped cabbage (usually half a head. Or one entire small head)
- 1.5 cups uncooked, washed short-grain rice
- 3 cups beef broth
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1tsp Paprika
- 0.5tsp Thyme
- 1.5tsp salt
- Brown Beef + Onions, garlic, spices in a large stock pot.
- Stir in rest of ingredients. Simmer 10-15ish minutes.
- Dump contents in casserole dishes.
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Stir contents of casserole dishes. Bake for a further 45 minutes.
