• 1.5-2lb Ground Beef
• 1 chopped onion
• 28oz can of tomato sauce
• 3.5lbs chopped cabbage (usually half a head. Or one entire small head)
• 1.5 cups uncooked, washed short-grain rice
• 3 cups beef broth
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1tsp black pepper
• 1tsp Paprika
• 0.5tsp Thyme
• 1.5tsp salt

1. Brown Beef + Onions, garlic, spices in a large stock pot.
2. Stir in rest of ingredients. Simmer 10-15ish minutes.
3. Dump contents in casserole dishes.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Stir contents of casserole dishes. Bake for a further 45 minutes.
